Auto Focus

I needed God to build an Auto Focus feature in me when he was first fiddling around in putting what is now myself, together. I find myself on a daily basis working hard, nose to the grindstone and all that jazz but the instant something flashes across my screen, someone calls me or a body sneezes 400 feet away from me, all my focus is lost. I come back sometimes hours later to mentally grimace, roll my eyes and heave a sigh of tedium.

I need an automatic focus feature that'll pull my mind away from all glittery shining objects and flash mental words in my head such as "idiot, get back to this, you've got a deadline" or "dumbass, what the fuck do you think you're doing exactly?".
